🚨✨HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERSONAL TOUCH MOVING✨🚨 We reached out a few days before our moving date and they were able to accommodate us and for a great affordable rate. They were incredibly friendly and easy to discuss the moving process with-We had storage units at 2 locations in neighboring cities and they handled the loads with ease and organized everything on their own. They were patient, kind, attentive, friendly, SUPER SUPER HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY!!! I was unboxing in the kitchen and one of the men asked to help me move boxes to make it easier on me. Another moment, My husband and I brought over our dresser a few days earlier as it was at a third location however we could not move it past the garage due to its size and weight-the team moved the dresser for us and a few other pieces despite not being in their truck load. They constantly offered to help move anything and sincerely wanted to help. We also had all of boxes mislabeled and they demonstrated great patience with us as we determined where boxes went with every load (sorry guys 😅)—Where we were disorganized, they saved the day with their organization. I am so incredibly grateful for the personal touch moving team and the tremendous help they provided on our big move. They exceeded expectations and I will refer all family, friends and strangers to this wonderful company! 100/10, you guys saved the day and we appreciate your work 💪💯

Great Moving Company. Very efficient. They came in and had us packed up in one day. The next day they loaded everything on their truck. And the next day headed out of state for our new home. Have been unpacking and there has not been one problem with breakage. Would highly recommend Personal Touch Moving.

Personal touch did a phenomenal job moving our belongings! They took care in packaging and moving items. The gentlemen that did the work were also very polite and kind. Would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend to others!

John came to our house and did an efficient, accurate and economical estimate for service.
His crew arrived did an excellent and fast packing on day one then on day two a very impressive loading of our contents.
Day three was delivered on time and efficiently unloaded. Everything was well packed and no damaged contents.
The crew were cordial, pleasant just nice people.
Overall I was more than pleased with my moving experience.
If I could just put everything back as efficiently as they packed and loaded I would be really happy.

I recently engaged Personal Touch for my relocation, and regrettably, the experience was unsatisfactory. I am typically reluctant to write negative reviews, but during the move, I observed that my furniture was not handled with the care I expected. Despite my repeated requests for caution, I did not see the movers cover my furniture adequately.
The most concerning issue arose when I discovered damage to several pieces of furniture. My brand-new dining table appeared to have been repaired without my knowledge, and my living room couch retained dark marks in several visible areas. Additionally, my expensive living room chairs had marks on the legs, and there were dark or blue marks on numerous pieces of furniture. While Personal Touch was gracious enough to cover the cost of a furniture repair company and Stanley Steemer to address most of the issues, the couch remained unresolved. When I informed them of this, I was met with comments regarding the number of boxes moved, which they claimed exceeded the quoted amount. However, upon counting, I found the number of boxes and storage bins was far fewer than stated. Furthermore, there were several wall spots that required patching due to the movers hitting the walls, which I chose not to mention as it was an easy fix for me.
In conclusion, I am disappointed with the service provided by Personal Touch and regret not opting for a more established company for my move. I cannot recommend their services, and advise those who value their belongings to seek a more reliable and professional moving company.

My husband and l lived in our home for 23 years. Personal Touch came in and took extra care of our possessions with expertise at an affordable. . The movers themselves were personal, helpful, and gracious. I would strongly recommend d Personal Touch if you are moving.

Today we had Mike and Elish from Personal Touch. They were excellent! Fast, efficient, clean and professional. Nothing was damaged and they cared for our carpets with floor mats. They negotiated their way around a repaving project at our new apartment with ease. This is the second time we’ve used Personal Touch and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. And the price was right!

I moved from Michigan to Philadelphia with excellent services from Personal Touch Moving based in Michigan. John was excellent in quick survey of house hold items. He showed up on time and was very humble. The next day two gentlemen came from Personal Touch named Keith and Doug. These guys were awesome and did wonderful job for relocation of luggage from origin to destination. Keith and Doug are very polite, hardworking and punctual. They made our journey very smooth. Keith and Doug are superstars for me. I really appreciate their hardwork and professionalism. God bless them. I am very happy for the services provided by Personal Touch Moving.

Our moving team was amazing. Carson, Dave, Josh, Nick, and Dillon took extra care with our pack and move and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We quoted several companies and they were also the most affordable. I highly recommend Personal Touch!

I picked Personal Touch Moving for a move from Novi, MI to Charleston, South Carolina in October, 2024. The owner and all moving staff were excellent. All of my questions were answered promptly and the pricing was extremely reasonable. In addition, the communication and care for me and my belongings was top notch. They did a wonderful job. I couldn't have made a better choice than with Personal Touch Moving!

Crew came correct! Moved fast, moved with care, did anything I asked of them. Loaded in less than 2.5 hours- unloaded in less than 2 (2 bed 1800sqft).
