They have 6 fitting rooms but only 2 open. “Closed per management”. For WHAT possible reason? To make customers enraged? The 2 open fitting rooms have a sign saying there is a 4 item limit but no employee there to police that. I got stuck behind a group of women trying on dozens and dozens of pairs of jeans. I had to wait 25 minutes to try on 3 items. Completely asinine.

Dropped items off here a while ago. Rude / Angry attendant during drop off of incredibly nice and well cared for items. Guy was so rude receiving items, I took them right back from him and donated to goodwill down the street.

Do not recommend this store. If I could give zero stars I would. All of the employees were terribly rude and everything is way overpriced. Will never shop here again.

They only have two fitting rooms open and have a policy on the door that says four items or less, and I waited over 20 minutes for either dressing room to clear out, and finally went to ask three store employees if they could open another one for me. If they are not going to implement the four item policy and have people with carts full of clothes ahead of time, I would hope that they would offer to open a new room for someone with three items.

Recently the Oxford Sal Army has put their jewelry in large bags with several items in each bag. (Like a grab bag.)This was not a good idea. People come in looking for single items, and then shop the whole store. This is a disappointment.

Usually a nice experience, prices are reasonable, people working there are polite, they don't offer help with carrying anything out of the store so if you are getting furniture be prepared to carry it yourself. There is a lot of books for book lover and movies and they are on a 2 for 1$ deal unless marked which is pretty nice! Overall satisfied ?

Went to drop donations off. Didn’t realize I was too early — was turned away 15 minutes before they opened. The store has gone down hill anyway

I don't know how, but this specific Salvation Army location always has the best pieces. Every time I'm here I go to the cash register with a full cart. Of course, like any thrift/donation store, there are a lot of questionable garments and items that sit on the racks for months as well as items from shady brands like Shein. This is in no way their fault, of course, but it is something to mention because, yeah, there's a LOT of Shein. However, there has not been a single time where I haven't found several QUALITY pieces of clothing for me and my family. I always find genuinely nice items here from brands that I wouldn't be able to afford retail as well as more common brands, and my favorite, vintage! I love being able to enjoy shopping sustainably here and helping add less clothing to the landfill a few miles away!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of stuff, from clothing to home goods and furniture. The good prices and large selection will make me a repeat customer.

Its hit or miss like all thrift shops. This is not my favorite SA, but I frequently stop by as its on my way. Not really thrilled with one employee that tidies up the shelves. She is rather grumpy, and heard to be complaining about customers. As others have pointed out, the clothes are sorted by color, when it should be by size. After sorting by size, then you can sort by color. I don’t shop by color or the season. I shop by size like most people. But thats how SA does it

The store manager literally marked up a pair of boots I wanted that weren't marked when I came in because she thought I was a reseller (I have a large family) and "people on Posh are selling them for over $100" on some resale site. THIS IS A CHARITY STORE. And you guys wanna be greedy because someone else is making money? What kind of person "in need" is gonna pay $100 for boots anyway. Literally makes no sense. She said they're originally $400 (and thats new obviously in perfect condition which these were not). I literally looked them up when I got home and they're $268 at most. But sure lady you be spiteful working at a christian based charity. Will never be back to this location. You're trying to take advantage of people when you're supposed to be trying to help people...?
