Gentleman is very rude over the phone. Called to get pricing on a storage unit, and last time we spoke he stated he had nothing available to give me pricing. I called today, and because I don’t know what size I need he won’t give me pricing on a unit, I just wanted to know if he had anything available for me to be able to look at to see if it worked. Way to help a first time person that’s never used storage, great customer service. Highly recommend going somewhere, where they are able to at least give you an idea of how big the storage units are and what can fit in them, I called 2 other places and will definitely be avoiding this company and the person who runs it.
