The woman that took over for the one that recently retired is AWFUL!! She looks grumpy & mean as soon as you walk in!! She's NOT a people person AT ALL!!! I've heard SO many people talk about how unfriendly she is. I'll be going to Lake Orion from now on!! Nobody should have to deal with her nasty, snide, ungrateful way!!! NO WAY!!

I’m always impressed with the service given at this office. I lived in another Northern Oakland County city for 40 years and the lines were long and the staff not very friendly. When I moved to Oxford 4 years ago I am amazed at what a nice experience I have there every time I go.

The girl at the front desk is very unfriendly and rude - I used this post office for the convenience of being right there by my work to be greated and treated poorly by this worker. Won't go back there again.

if i ever get a package through them, they mark it as delivery attempt failed and make me pick it up because i live in an apartment. every time.
they refuse to even try the buzzer. not to mention, literally every other carrier has no problem leaving my packages on the porch. i cant stand it. and now they're closed till tuesday.... this particular package was prescription food for my cat. love it! ??

I have went there multiple times with the same woman working, and she clearly hates her job. She is very resistant to help, and very unfriendly. I ended up going to UPS and shipping for a quarter of the price because she put the numbers in wrong and wouldn’t change them. Highly do not recommend this location.

I have yet to have a good experience at this location. The ladies here are extremely miserable and always have an attitude!!! I went to drop off a package and paid a lot of money for a small box and not more than 5 lbs. I went to the USPS in lake orion WITH THE SAME SIZE BOX AND WEIGHT!!!, I paid half the price. very concerned and feeling ripped off… not sure what’s going on at this location but someone needs to get it together.

Watched a video on YouTube and the workers in this post office called the police for recording the rear parking lot obviously the man that called did not get the memo and needs to be demoted to working the desk until he understands citizen have rights on federal/government property as he did not follow the Postmaster general's memo that were sent to every Post office in the country telling them how to deal with citizen with cameras

The employees that my family and I have experienced in this post office are the rudest people. They are nasty and unprofessional. You chose your career. Unfortunately for you, this job consists of being nice and helpful to customers. Find a new career if you don’t like it. We are done dealing with you. Lapeer has nice friendly people and we will gladly make the extra drive so that we don’t have to be subjected to your miserable attitudes.

Im disabled and I can't get to my mailbox. in the past if a parcel was to big for the mailbox they would leave it on my porch. the attachment sent didn't even tell me what to do next.NOT REAL HAPPY!!!!!!!!
