Worst place the management was very unprofessional she only texted instead of called we put a app in and still never heard anything months later. Multiple people tried to talk to her and she would always have the door locked. The worst service ever.

It's an okay place everyone minds their own business, the road ways and parking lot lights need to be fixed and or updated , it's also hard to get a hold of any one for an application for a rental unit

The drives arent taken care of at all, pot holes any where from an inch to half a foot or more deep and all at least a foot diameter wide. Cats all over the place sitting in middle of roads. People riding dirt bikes or other off road vehicles all ovwr roads not watching for cars or caring about stop signs. Many people working on vehicles late at night or being very loud with slamming doors or yelling or dogs barking past 10pm or before 9am.

I don't live in the park,but I did live in the park in 1973. It was a great Family Park,but when I drove through it today, it's a bad place for anyone to live in. I found out that they have too set's of standards. One for MANAGEMENT, AND ONE FOR TENNANTS.

It's nasty at this trailer park, the road threw the park are horrible, it's owned bye some people in California an they do not care about taking care of it . There is always something wrong with the water. So if you live there stock up on a bunch of water
