Very helpful staff here at advance they really know there stuff especially lately with my van issue I was ready to junk it but decided what the heck and go get the van scanned and I was really pleased with all there help .

Showed up an hour before close. Multiple staff members were in the store. Only one person was being helped. No one acknowledged I was there. Once the manager, who did not look very happy to be there, checked out the one customer in the store, I asked see if he could come check out my headlights, and give a recommendation as to which bulb needed replacing.
He proceeds to say he can’t and that he will be the only one in the store when the other staff clock out. My car was parked at the very front of the store and could be seen through the window. If he was as busy as he indicated, he could have stayed inside the store and just looked out the window.
I asked for maybe a minute of his time and basically said he wasn’t going to do his job. He wasn’t trying to find a solution, he was trying to find a way to say he couldn’t. Not impressed with the service at all. Why are you open if you can’t service people with car part problems?

Less than impressed with the battery charging service. Dropped one off, said it was good. Picked it ip and someone wrote BAD on the sticky. They are saying good batteries are bad to sell new. Thankfully my guy triple checked and it was a perfectly fine battery!! Sad.

The best part about this store is the staff. The employees are so friendly. They know exactly what you are looking for. I have to say, since more women have been employed here, the service has just gone through the roof. I never go to any other auto parts store.
