“I wanna first start off by saying i'm very difficult to get along with sometimes. My Mustang was hit by a deer. And I decided to go with this company. The final outcome I am happy with. Although there are a couple things I need picky about. They ordered a new hood for me As requested by me and did additional work , I wanted done to the vehicle as well. It took a little longer than expected, which there was a miscommunication between the 2 of us. One thing I have learned if anything happens in my life. It's on me because I let it happen.
All in all , it worked out great because I got free storage while getting fixed when the snow was on the ground. It's pretty awesome how they do what they do and make it look brand new. What makes this business so awesome is the owner and staffwe're absolutely the nicest people you can deal with. They're the type of people that are so nice. You can't be mean to him LO. L. Very sincere very passionate And would go out of their way to help you thank you.”

“Unfortunately I was recently in a small accident and my car was going to need some body work. This shop was a preferred body shop from my insurance company MEEMIC. This meant by choosing Tapper for the repairs, the entire claim process would be easiest. And I was all for that! (There were other preferred shops in town but this was closest to my home) I had never been to Tapper body shop and honestly had never heard of it. After getting off the phone with insurance I gave them a call about dropping my car off. The already had my information from MEEMIC and said I could bring it in anytime. Dropped it off later that day. Manager Craig, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Repaid took about two weeks, the promised time frame. My car is now back to like new condition :) The entire process was so easy!”
