Honor credit union..there good people i liked good deals

I don't understand..... A year and a half ago they gave me a loan for 1000. Paid it off on time. No late payments. Also have been with them for 13 years. Used the courtesy pay at least 10 times and paid it back in full on time. But yet deny me a 1000. Loan. Do not understand. The tellers are all very nice and professional.
