Stay away from this company. This company will try to rip you off if they could. They came out and presented an estimate to build a full size basketball court. After assessing the property, a quote from Jarid D. Killeen was presented for $17,000. Several months later after winter passed and spring arrived, they came back out to the house and this time they stated that the job would now be $35,000. How the hell did the price jump 100%? Just imagine if you went to a car dealership to buy a vehicle for $17,000 and you went back a couple months later and the salesman told you that the vehicle is now $35,000? That is the essence of price gouging, that is the epitome of trying to rip off your customer. That is what crooks do! I wish there was a way to give negative five stars.

Very good experience with these folks. Easy to work with and good quality work. They put down a concrete pad, installed the Sport Court, B-ball hoop, and lighting.

When I initially contacted Mr. Barnes, he was quick to come out and provide a bid as well as provide his expertise. Getting a phone call back to get the work done, was another story. In the end I paid $8,500.00 plus for a netting and poles around the court, a rim/backboard and pole, a secondary pole for racket sports. We opted to not go with the sports court tile and instead opted for colored concrete, which Mr. Barnes told me he could professionally paint basketball court lines on once the concrete had cured. To date I do not have the free throw key or three point lines painted on the court. It is now going on almost 4 months since the the court was installed. Approx. 1248 sq ft of concrete with no lines. The rim/backboard and netting are all quality.
The insincerity, the lack of follow thru, broken promises and dishonest communication as it pertains to painting these lines on the court per his proposal are a little disconcerting for me as a business owner. I now have this really nice court with no official lines, and my two little boys who I bought this for have a 95% finished play surface thanks to Mr. Barnes. Would I recommend Sport Court? Probably not.
