Always had great experience with the sale and parts department, so I figure their body shop must be the same quality experience, boy was I wrong. My truck came back worse than I had brought it in to them, I brought up the issues hoping they would make it right, wasn’t asking for money back just fix all the scratches, stains, and lack of attention to detail in a humble tone of voice. They were offended and making justifiable excuses of their poor quality work, I’ve never experienced this kind of service in all the cars of taken to different body shops. Would highly not recommend.Services: Painting

Unfortunately I was recently in a small accident and my car was going to need some body work. This shop was a preferred body shop from my insurance company MEEMIC. This meant by choosing Tapper for the repairs, the entire claim process would be easiest. And I was all for that! (There were other preferred shops in town but this was closest to my home) I had never been to Tapper body shop and honestly had never heard of it. After getting off the phone with insurance I gave them a call about dropping my car off. The already had my information from MEEMIC and said I could bring it in anytime. Dropped it off later that day. Manager Craig, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Repaid took about two weeks, the promised time frame. My car is now back to like new condition :) The entire process was so easy!

Had a great experience with this company. I bought a used car for a fair price from Jeff at their budget lot. He was very open and honest about the history of the car, and when we asked about an issue we found he immediately made arrangements to get the replacement parts free of charge. We were able to get them installed later the same week which saved us a couple hundred dollars and a great deal of inconvenience. Likewise, the staff was very friendly and worked very quickly when they installed these parts on the car. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I am very satisfied with the service we received. Thanks!

I contacted Tony Serignese by email to find out about leasing a 2017 Acadia for my mother-in-law at 10:08 am on January 9th. At 10:49 am I had all the information that I needed about the lease to ask my mother-in-law when she would like to go see the vehicle to sign a lease. I called my mother-in-law and told her that I would drive from Madison to Kalamazoo to help make the transaction as easy as possible for her and she accepted my offer. On 1/15/17 I drove to Kalamazoo and the next morning we arrived at Tapper to sit down with Tony and zip through the lease and transfer paperwork. It took about 20 minutes to do the desk stuff and then Tony gave us a detailed tour of the vehicle features and made sure all the technology features were connected for her. I was anticipating a much more difficult process, there was absolutely no need for me to be there! Tony took great care of my mother-in-law. Happy family, what more can you ask for? Thank you Mr. Serignese!
