I just wanted to thank David, Garrett and Nick for their help of finding a vehicle. It was my first time buying from a dealership and David made sure it was as easy as possible with outstanding customer service from everyone! I wasn't sure exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for and David found a perfect match for me based on budget, age and miles. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a newer vehicle! I was supposed to test drive a car was about to head out then I’m told I have to get out the car cause I didn’t have a plate on my car why do people go to car dealerships to get a car I’ll gladly take my business else where I never felt so disrespected and mistreated i had my money for a downpayment had insurance I’ll just go spend the extra 15,000 cause they are a lot more respectful and polite

I had my previous car for almost 8 years and it was pushing 18yrs old… it was time for something new! Nick and Mike were very helpful and patient because I was very picky and very specific with what I wanted. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted! The entire Tapper crew was great to work with and I highly recommended them. Nick made sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. Very happy with my new car!

Paid $14 for a car wash. Squirted some soap and the dryers came on. Well, one dryer. Now my truck is covered in soap and is 9% dry on half my front fender. Thanks for nothing.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Mike Geddes is authentic and transparent, and I didn't feel "pressured" into making any decisions. Shortly after driving the car off the lot, there was a minor problem and the Tapper team resolved it immediately, Mike even had my car washed with a full tank of gas waiting for me to pick it up! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

After such an easy experience buying a truck from Tapper Ford, when my daughter asked me to help her find a good second car, I called the budget lot at Tapper. I made an appointment with Mike and when I arrived he had 2 cars picked out for my daughter's need.After test driving, I mentioned a couple of things to possibly be looked at, he immediately took it to the service department and had it fixed. Just as I had a pleasant experience at Tapper Ford, the experience with Mike and the Tapper Budget Lot was great. No high pressure, just wanting to help met your automotive needs. When I went to sign the papers, I didn't have to wait going back and forth with the price. Brent had it ready to go. Tapper has made car buying a nice experience and when my wife is ready to replace her car, Tapper is the first place we will go.
