I was in the market for a 2026 Yukon AT4 and I was fortunate to find an exact match at Tapper Chevy GMC! We live in Canton, Ohio so logistics were an issue. Fortunately, everyone at Tapper was super helpful and made it all come together. The experience at the dealership including vehicle / technology walk through and purchase process was fantastic! Most of all we love our new Yukon!

I recently purchased a used Nissan 2022 used vehicle from Bob Sanford, my experience was exceptional, and I have spent 50 years in the same industry, every step of the transaction went well, we had a minor glitch which was my fault, both Bob and the finance guy Ron went to bat and resolved the issue immediately making my satisfaction the priority

I always have an excellent experience at Tapper Service dept. This last visit even exceeded my already high expectations! Angela, the service manager, went so out of her way to help me understand a repair I needed and with the help of Joe from the Parts department, these two eased my worries, provided me with options and full understanding of the situation. They were so compassionate, it was clear their true focus was helping me, not “making money” as so many people may incorrectly think. I was blown away by the above and beyond efforts they gave, the kindness and empathy they showed me during a difficult repair decision, and this just solidified why I always return to this service department for any vehicle concerns. Just purchased a 2020 GMC terrain with Tony as my salesperson. Had a great and quick experience with helpful staff at every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them enough and would definitely buy another car here in the future.
