Amanda is professional, kind and efficient. I just needed some paperwork scanned but I witnessed her with several other customers first. Patient and welcoming and very helpful to those needing assistance with debit card usage. Friendly and polite. She knows her job and definitely on this day an attribute to UPS and the Paw Paw community.

The manager Glenn is a real jerk .. He made one of his employees come into work even though she tested positive for COVID and also made another employee come into work with the sick employee… this is not healthy for the employees or the customers that come into the store .. on top of that he told the employee that tested positive for covid that if she didn’t come into work she wouldn’t have a job.

For the most part the employees are kind, patience and understanding of problems. I have only had one person arguing with me about something that I didn't understand and he was rude. I honestly think that it was the manager, like he was mad that he had to get up in the morning and he had no patience for explaining what I needed to know
