NEVER EVER go here for prescriptions or shopping or any of the above. They lie, cheat and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I take a prescription that is needed to save my life, they tell me exactly what day it is and its delayed by almost a week. Absolutely a worthless store and get EVERYTHING out of here as possible.

We were just there kasandra told us it would be 20 min until prescription was ready my husband got back to her she said she never said that and it would be 2 hours literally 20 min after we are on the highway back home we get a call saying the prescription is ready. Very upset waste of gas poor communication.

I am 8 months pregnant and have been very sick throughout my whole pregnancy. Zofran is literally my savior at this point I DREAD running out because it results in me being sick and throwing up ALL DAY LONG. On my Walgreens at it started my prescription was supposed to be ready at 11, after seeing it wasn’t even out of the “processed” stage I gave them a call around 11:30. They informed me that they were busy but would get started on it and have it ready within the next hour, understandable I used to work at Walgreens pharmacy I know how busy and stressful it can be! Well 2 and a half more hours go by and it is still in the processing stage.. at this point I am miserable I just want my medication so I can get to feeling better and stop throwing up! I call again and ask them if there is any way they could push my script through before they go on break the lady I spoke with was extremely rude she said “I don’t know we go on break soon you’re supposed to give us a couple hours in advanced to fill your script” I said “ma’am this script was supposed to be ready at 11am this is my second time talking to you guys where last time I was informed it would be ready in an hour it’s been 2 hours. I am 8 months pregnant and just want to get my medication so I can stop throwing up and feeling sick!” She then said “well we’ve been busy” and then hung up on me! Extremely rude!

I stopped going to this pharmacy because they never had a prescription ready on time despite their automated system stating they did. I’ve never spent less than 20 minutes here waiting for a prescription and 20 minutes is a good day for them. Their staff is friendly enough, however it is not enough to make up for the absolutely horrible wait times and the fact that they have literally NEVER had a prescription ready for me when I show up. Frankly, I don’t think they care to improve anyway. If you have the choice, go to Paw Paw pharmacy instead.

It's a work in progress! The bathrooms are always clean, they also are the only local pharmacy that carries flavoring for certain meds, and they stay open the longest so if it's a late Dr appointment this is the place to grab your meds from.

They make good on their mistakes. I have never had a problem with their service! I am thankful for them having a system in place to catch their mistake and make things right! Whew! What a life saver! I mean that quite literally!

CHOOSE ANY OTHER PHARMACY!Southern accented woman was rude over the phone - and gave me false information about my script during the call.Went to get the script (after receiving a text that it was ready for pickup) and the woman at the Pharmacy window is downright hostile.Despite having text confirmation that my copay is $0, this woman tried convincing me insurance didn’t cover X or Y. Left in tears, called my insurance thinking something had changed in my policy…but no, both X and Y are covered in full.Filled both scripts elsewhere, without issue, in under 15 minutes.

It took me two days to be able to get the pharmacy to have my antibiotics ready for me. Meanwhile I've an infection in my jaw bc of an abscess tooth. The Bronson quick care however on m43 west of 131 I would advise to anyone not to go there bc after I left and was having trouble getting my rx filled nobody would answer the phone until finally the next morning while meanwhile its already going on a total of two days!
