They never have your prescription ready when they say they will. They always say come back in about 30min. If I had the option to give them no stars I would.

Dear God does anyone ever answer the phone at the pharmacy? Long lines, everyone leaves for lunch at the same time, nobody answers the phone, then if you do get ahold of a live person itās another 5 days for them to process your script. Ridiculous

This review is for the pharmacy. If possible Iād rate it a zero. The worst experience every time we come here for literally anything. Staff in the pharmacy is so unprofessional and uncaring itās ridiculous. Save your time and go somewhere else, they clearly donāt give a shit about anyone that comes in and would rather āsendā you somewhere else and sit outside and smoke cigarettes, what a joke. Maybe the company should just close the location.

Julie who was running the register today was completely rude, and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by needing to be checked out. She didnāt even smile.

Jasmine and Beth were incredibly helpful trying to help with getting insurance squared away for medication that we couldnāt get anywhere else. Jasmine waited to take her break to make sure we were able to get what we needed. Both were so friendly.

The drive thru pharmacy is always backed up . Parking is awful. Always new employees that are lost. Gave me someone elses rx. One of mine only partially filled.

Iāve been coming to this pharmacy for well over 15 years and the stress they cause is not worth the time anymore. I canāt tell you how many times they have miscounted our prescriptions. When we try to get it fixed, they always argue or have some excuse as to why they werenāt wrong but canāt come up with an explanation on where the missing medication is. This time we are shorted 3 days worth of medication and even after a phone call, they still said āthey reviewed the footage and had the right amount.ā No reconciliation offered and Grace immediately hung up after. This Walgreens is not worth your time, go 3 minutes down the street to the Walmart Pharmacy.

Nice enough staff, I donāt know if they are short help but the wait is ridiculous Iāve been waiting 3 times for a prescription to be filled only to find out they only have part of it. Iāve wasted 3 trips to fill. Although they apologized I donāt like driving in this weather and a waste of my time

It stinks after never having an issue. The other day my friend and I had to get our prescription. Both of them were messed up. They gave her a pill she hasnāt taken in a year and they gave me the wrong prescription. One Iāve never heard of and or taken before. They told me mine was ready for over a week. Why tell me it was ready if you donāt have the correct prescription? I understand being understaffed. But I donāt understand not doing your job. This could cause some serious issues. Iām glad both my friends and Iās situation wasnāt serious. But my thought is what if it was? what if it was major and serious and they gave us the wrong thing? And made us pay for it⦠itās not really safe.

Absolutely under no circumstance have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy! We were told our prescriptions were done last night when they were called in so we went to pick them up and only half the prescription was done. The next day I get a call that our prescriptions are ready so an hour later we drive out that way and are told it is going to be 20 more minutes. 5 minutes later Iām on the phone with a pharmacist and after explaining the situation she said the scripts are ready. The incompetence is unfathomable. A prescription should not take over 16 hours to fill.

Worst and laziest pharmacy I have ever been to. Save the headache and go somewhere else. They don't call your doctor's office if told to do so, they don't return calls, emails or voicemails. Even talking to them on the phone is horrible. They need to take there nasty attitudes somewhere else, if you don't like your job then quit or at least don't be rude and take it out on the customers.
