I bought a 1 liter Pepsi and asked for $20 cash back. I saw on my bank account that I was charged approximately $68. I was so mad at myself for not checking my receipt right away. I believe I was charged for the man ahead of me for his gas!! She never should have proceeded to check.me out until his was paid.
Update. They must have looked over their footage, because they refunded the extra charge back to my account. I'm very thankful for reconciliation of this matter. I have since paid attention to my receipts before exiting a establishment.

FLAVOR NUGGETS....was our answer.
My child got a soft drink from the self serve station and added cherry syrup as this was a option on the machine.
The cherry syrup ended up being dark chunks of mold or a simular looking substance floating in her drink from the machine tip. Upon checking out we told the cashier and gave the drink to them. We were told they were FLAVOR NUGGETS (with alot of humor.)....NOT FUNNY.
Also witnessed the balder larger manager rudely ignore customers concerns and other employees snickering and making a joke out of the fact that the customer is being ignored so rudely by him. We live local and will not be using this location again. .

The overweight balding manager that oversees this locations operations that introduced himself as Craig (only when I asked) has ignored concerns and conversations I've tried to address or have in relation to him taking on duties that are Emmet County Road Commission duties solely. Terrible communication skills as a manager to customer, I'm local, but will never go back....I will drive North to Levering Marathon now.

No bathroom at a gas station?! Seriously!? There's a deli here, a lil grocery store, gas, but God forbid you have to go pee?! Get it together bp! I'm not a fan of the changes that have been occurring in the last year. We loved stopping here as we pass through the area from the u.p. to petoskey. But I'm not stopping for gas, snacks & using the bathroom at 2 separate spots!

While it seems like a good stop when you're traveling, the bathrooms make this a gross experience. They were horrendous.

I would like to send a shout out to the amazing staff tonight 12/21/23. Our vehicle started flashing low fuel. (Gonna have to teach the new driver to check the gas gauge) . Called them because we were gonna be there about 5 minutes after closing. They watched for us to pull in and turned a pump on so we could get gas paying at the pump. Thank you so much. It saved me from having to call someone to come and help me so I could get home. God Bless you folks and Merry Christmas.

Stopped with my kids after a baseball game last night. (5/22). While we were there the visiting teams bus pulled in to grab some snacks for the drive home. This bus had 6 kids and 4 adults. The manager women (?) had an absolute fit. She stood at the door, arms crossed, stomping her foot and complaining. She said she guessed she would let them get stuff. She even started shutting the light off. I left with my kids. It was 8:55 when we got in my car. In talking to one of the coaches, the lady continue to be rude to the coaches and players. Said they were making her late for a game and they go somewhere else if they didn't like it. So even though they were in line to check out , they put down their items and walked out. Lost out on business because of your rude staff who couldn't do her job and be there an extra 5 minutes. Lost future business because that team will not stop their with their bus again.

The only reason to go here is to destroy the bathroom, get actual groceries, or to buy booze. Other then that the two dollar stores in town have have you need. The customer service is hit or miss. But what do you expect for employees that have been run raged and into the dirt for a bad attempt to relate to the local population and pander to the snobby summer crowd

PGS always amazes us with the variety, volume, and quality their stock. Pellston is lucky to have this store!
