Package supposedly delivered to my home at 5:01 pop m. Left on road at mailbox ( 125 yards) from my doorstep) on a dark, stormy road. No way to speak to a human to attempt to rectify situation. Only AI, no positive response. The way packages are stolen at least leave package at the house, not on the road 125 yards away !!

Delivery drivers cannot follow simple instructions and continuously leave my packages at the road. Apparently filing a complaint and speaking with them directly doesn’t work either. They don’t listen. Will not be ordering anything that ships with FedEx.

It said it was open. It’s not, there is no FedEx signage anywhere to be seen. It just look like an empty building. Is this a legit FedEx? Someone needs to update this app immediately.

You cannot call and actually speak to a human and ask a question without spending 10 minutes pressing numbers and options when all you have is a 10 second question.

We have asked the various drivers repeatedly for our packages to be placed in our breezeway. If they don't want to put the packages in our breezeway, I have a covered porch! UPS and the post office always leave our packages in our breezeway. Very frustrated!

I waited for five fricking days to get this pkg.and stayed home all day bc today bc they said it was out for delivery . Then get a notification 330pm today saying it was back at warehouse ....hmmmm nobody stopped by my house ! Had to drive out to pelston to pick up my package today. Smfh .I will never get anything shipped that has to do with FedEx again worst experience I've ever had . Oh and by the way ur on the left of the mackinaw hwy. NOT THE RIGHT U MIGHT WANT TO UPDATE THAT IN GOOGLE JFYI!

The one time my pkg must go through fedex and not ups, it never arrived like it says. Filed a claim, zero uodates. Zero ability to speak to a local representive. You only can talk to a foreign speaking person that offers zero help.. Cameras at my house prove it never arrived at my house too.

Got status update that package was delivered at 10:45 am. It is now 12:30pm and still no package. And the phone number is an automated system YOU CANNOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON.

Said my package was out for delivery each of the past two days and that an “attempt” was made but I was at the address both days for the entire day and neither day did someone attempt to deliver it. Going to be very mad if they don’t deliver tomorrow on the “final attempt.”
