Great rates, clean units, easily accessible. Great office people! Dave is awesome!!! They don't accept payment by card unfortunately so you either send in your payment or pay in person. Would highly recommend!

Perry mini storage is the most mis-managed place I've dealt with. Twice this guy has lost my checks and tried to charge me a late fee. Once he even served me court papers and then said “I guess I can cancel the late fee†after he acknowledged he got and deposited my check two weeks before. Now he is threatening to put a lock on my unit and an article in the paper because I won't pay a $20 fee for him losing another check.
