You know it's pretty sad when you leave the doctors office at 11:40am then go to the pharmacy at 5pm that same day literally 5 hours later and still have to wait for them to fill the two scripts for husband. How does it take 5 hours to fill two scripts??? There's no reason I should have had to wait 10 mins for them to be filled when they were called in that morning. Such a lazy pharmacy

I will never use the Rite Aid in Perry MI. The pharmacist spoke to me like I was a child when I asked if my script had been called in. In a very condescending manner he described how a doctor has to call in a script in order to get it filled. I don't think he actually understood that I was asking if the script had been called in. I got a call back a few hours later from a very nice pharmacy tech who told me they got the script but they don't take my insurance. The pharmacy tech suggested I try a smaller pharmacy. After I found a pharmacy that was both closer to me and that takes my insurance the Rite Aid pharmacist called me back and said they could cover a different amount of my script. When I said I was going with a different pharmacy this guy mumbled under his breath but loud enough for me to hear, "This is twice the work for me". I feel so sorry for anyone who has to work with him.

To the person running the drive thru and walk up pharmacy tonight (02/10/22)... learn some customer service. If you are asked about a medication don't take a deep breath and huff and puff and shrug your shoulders and say " I have no idea", like it's a problem I asked. How about you do your job and say I'll look into that or get the pharmacist. You are rude and lazy. You suck at your job.
