If I could give 0 I would. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They charged me for 2 road side assistance accounts. Claiming I didn’t have one and I needed to activate one again while standing there trying to get help with my car. Fast forward now I currently have 2 road side accounts they are charging me for that I didn’t know of ONE of them expired so they went ahead and canceled my home renters insurance claiming that I didn’t have a roadside and then I needed it to have home renters insurance. So I activated another roadside two months later found out I had been paying for 3. And then the $97 I paid for each plan I only got one credit of $33 back and then they went ahead and activated my renters insurance despite me saying no I didn’t want it back . I had to get that refund refunded which took two months. I have not been refunded Fully for either of the two AAA road side accounts that I had at the SAME TIME and didn’t use. I would not ever recommend using this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Customer care representatives with straight up Hang up on you.

Although my friend Eli is no longer with them, I have found them to be helpful with assisting my customers here at Fletch's (the dealership I work for). Thank goodness for local branches.

My wife just loves her maps! Even though we travel quite a bit and use Google and Waze, there is something to be said for the real thing, especially when you're exploring a new area!
We stopped here after landing, picked up several maps, and headed off!
Instead of just getting from A to B to C, maps allow you to look where you're going, see where fun areas might be, read up on nearby historical places, and schedule stops that allow you to really "visit" a new place. As we travel, those side-stops are extra value pieces that provide you with the 'meat' of an area, which translates into how you remember it and how, and if, you will recommend it to others!

Non existent battery replacement service. Ordered battery via the AAA app, for a 2017 Toyota Sienna. After about 3 hours of waiting and status checking with one text and 3 phone calls. I was told that there was no replacement battery for my 2017 Toyota Sienna. I went to Walmart and bought a battery and replaced the battery myself. Poor transparency, incorrect information, and poor service by AAA. I am contemplating canceling my AAA membership.

They are bad, always talk to someone if you go through this place their automated telephone dose not put order through very unreliable. Also the chrismas storm we had this year they wouldnt come get me when I was stuck and they kept hanging up on me. I will be find a different insurance company asap. Oh and if they ever say I'll put a rush on it they are lying worst company up here for insurance.

Absolutely the worst insurance company. Racist, and judgmental. They basically told me if you have a felon in your home, they will not even talk to you about insurance. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. I will never support this company.

Automated system didn't work, waited over an hour for them to tell me that on the second call. Said they would put a rush on it but still waiting another hour. Third call asked to speak to a supervisor because no rush was assigned. Supervisor Sabrina was extremely short and rude to us and refused to assist with anything besides tell us the time of arrival, which we already knew.Awful customer service, awful automated service, awful company.

I'd give it a minus score for customer service if I could. After 30 years of being a member they refuse to work with us and want to raise our rates after a 2 day lapse on our insurance. Shame on you for your shoddy service, obviously you've lost a customer today.
