  Love this hardware store!! We were vacationing in our Motorhome and needed some things. We were totally shocked that it had 2 levels and all the houseware items, lots of Yeti products, cards, gifts, plus all the typical hardware necessities. It’s a great place to visit even if you don’t need anything.

  The Meyer Ace hardware in Petosky Michigan is like no other. I found about 20 things I really wanted in the first 2 aisles! It's actually a fabulous place to find gifts. I browsed for over 3 hrs and only got to see most of the first floor! There's also a basement. I told them I'll be bringing friends because it's worsen the for drive and it is really a destination shopping experiance.

  I was in Petoskey, MI on a Monday afternoon recently. There was Meyer ACE Hardware right across the street. I went in to purchase
  some nylon straps to help in clearing tree limbs and debris from our neighborhood. We had just experienced a devastating ice storm in the “Top of the Mitt”.
  So glad MEYER Hardware was there to help!

  My wife and I stopped by your Ace Hardware store yesterday, Monday April 14. We experienced some exceptional customer service, thanks to Tamsen.
  
  We spent $344 on Polish Pottery.
  
  When we arrived, we looked and she immediately expressed a willingness to assist us by pulling pieces out for us to look at more closely. We had some questions and she even went down in the basement area to check on a couple of pieces for us! After a few more minutes, she offered to take us down to where there was more inventory in the basement.
  
  Too often team members don't take the extra effort. Tamsen recognized the importance of listening to her customer, went out of her way, and it resulted in a nice sale (directly a result of her efforts) and a very satisfied customer. We live down state but will be back to Petoskey and I can assure you we will stop in your store looking for Tamsen.

  Once again she has gone above and beyond to help me with my projects over the years. From lightbulbs to screws and Avanti cards she will help me to find the perfect solution. She has continued to deliver excellent customer service experiences every single time. Even more so she knows her product, is a great communicator and makes it fun along the way!
  
  Thanks again to Becky for getting the light bulbs expedited into my hands as fast as possible. I sincerely appreciate her kindness. Loving my new monogram wooden ink pens. I’m really glad she pointed them out to me during my visit. Great sale price too.
