Stopped in while traveling for work because my phone suddenly stopped allowing calls in or out. The friendly tech helped troubleshoot the issue and eventually provided a new Sim card. Phone immediately started working again.

Kyle S went above and beyond to help get our phones set up! It was a unique situation and he had to call their tech support. He spent HOURS on the phone with them. Finally he was able to get the phones up and working. 10/10 customer service! I will go back to him for any of my cell phone needs!

Master wireless (an authorized att store) is not a corporate location. They rip people off. False advertising pricing, adding insurance when u didn't ask for it and I was paying 285/mo for one active line and one that was supposed to be on hold to save the number. On like a cheap plan to just keep the number there while my son earned back his phone privileges. I bought a 512gb galaxy note ultra and received a 256gb for the same price of $1299 (see attached image of price tag). When this was brought to their attention they shrugged it off because their sign was wrong, changed the sign and then did nothing.
I made the purchase on 3/27. On 4/12 I received a $439 charge and went immediately to the store to figure it out. The store manager said he was new and couldn't do anything but he took my number and gave it to the district manager. The DM never called. In May I got billed $285 and went back into the store and the manager assured me that he'd get my number to the DM again and would get it fixed. My June bill came and was the same. I never heard from the DM. I got charged $285 again and went straight to the store. Spoke with the store manager who was baffled that the DM never called. I asked him to let me know what store the DM was working in and I'd travel to them to get it fixed. Anywhere in the 231 area code....... crickets. Monday June 10 I went back into the store again. The store manager located the DM in petoskey and gave me the address. I drove from traverse city to petoskey to resolve the situation. I recorded everything in accordance with state of Michigan law.
The district manager offered a $150 credit and at this point I've been overcharged over $500 and the problem would have been solved if he had contact me in April, May or even June to fix it. He chose not to do anything that entire time and I had gotten ripped off over $500. I think wanting the money I was out was fair for his gross negligence. However he refused. I was calm cool collect and more importantly kind and respectful even while he threatened to and actually trespassed me from the property. Gross negligence is enforceable in Michigan and a lawsuit will follow without resolve.
