This place is a joke. Apparently if you purchase items from the Dollar Tree and the person in front of you checking out was handed your items and left the store with your purchase, it is your responsible to track them down and get the items from them. Get real, I don't even know who was in the line in front of me. I paid for two small things, was handed my receipt but never given what I paid for. The cashier then proceeded to give me a hard time when I asked if I could just get those same exact items in the store with receipt in hand. Meanwhile the total for my purchase was only $3.98. Not my problem you put something in the wrong bag. Staff needs some serious customer service training.

Was in there 20 people in a line and only one cash register open they have three or four cash registers available and one person working unbelievable

When I went to check out, there was only one cashier, The line was very long halfway down the food aisle, another cashier with blonde hair, went to the next register and was punching buttons in on the computer, and I was able to ask her if she was going to start ringing up people so some people could move into that line and she wouldn’t respond to me finally she walked away And left 20 people in line.
It seems to me that she should’ve hopped on a cash register to ring people up, so there wasn’t so many waiting to pay. I paid for my belongings and took them out to my car and put them in the front seat when I got home I noticed some things were missing such as a can of cherry pie filling and a plastic bin so I proceeded to call the store to let them know the lady was very rude to me, saying nothing was left behind. She said I was your cashier and I said no my cashier was a man, and he was sitting down. I remember because he tease me about things inside the basket that he was going to dump out . By the way. He was very kind and friendly. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me basically nothing was left behind and I said well I have a receipt here and I did not have the items in my car so she said I could come in tomorrow and check with the manager who would be on duty. It’ll be nice to see what comes of this.
