I purchased a bolt-on hitch for my car, took one look at the installation work needed and went to Festerling's Auto to have them install it. The Festerling team was fast, careful and professional in completing the installation. A post installation inspecting found the hitch was completely installed in accordance with all the manufactures instructions. Great job at a very fair price. Thanks to all at Festerling's Auto Service.

Festerling’s was awesome. I drove 4 1/2 hours from home with window washer fluid not working. I stopped at the car dealership and they wouldn’t give me the time. Went to Festerling’s and they went above and beyond to help me. They were able to take my vehicle in just a couple hours and were able to get it road ready in just about 30 minutes. Price was excellent too. I highly recommend them.
If I’m ever in desperate need again, I wouldn’t hesitate taking my vehicle there.

We went in initially with a code for our cam shafts. Festerling’s was the quickest in town to get us in to have the car looked at. They were able to get to our car quickly even though we weren’t able to get the car in first thing in the morning. They cleaned the sensors but said they were in good condition so didn’t think they needed replaced which saved us money. Although this didn’t fix the issue with the car, they had us bring the car straight back in and got right back to work on it. Their next recommendation was to clean or replace the VVT sensors. They recommended we install the parts ourselves if we could since it was a simple install and would save us even further on cost. By this time they were getting close to closing time. They called around town to find which parts store would have the part we needed, waited with us for it to be driven by an employee from the parts store across town, then one of the gentlemen left his personal vehicle at the shop to follow us home an hour after closing time in the tow truck without any further cost to make sure we made it home safely. They went entirely out of their way to make sure we were properly taken care of. We cannot recommend this shop enough. They will continue to have our business with any of our vehicles from here on out. We greatly appreciate their kindness and diligence to see us taken care of.

They did a routine oil change on my class C motorhome. Not a difficult task, but no one else in northern Michigan would get their butt on a creeper to handle this oversize vehicle that can't go on a lift. These people rock. Helpful, courteous, friendly 5-star service.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. They are always helpful and friendly. They have rescued me when my battery died and helped me when I got a nail (in my new tires) and everything in between. My dog even knows where Sherry keeps the dog treats! ?
