They will keep any insurance check you receive for home repairs for well over a month, even though they tell you 7-10 days. If you need the insurance money to get back into your home, you better find a different place to stay. They don't care about customers at all.

Iryna was awesome and really went out of her way to help me find an answer to a question that was not even part of her department. Normally that would be a "transfer" of the call with other banks. Our business has been working with Fifth Third for over 20 years and the experience has been solid.

The most crooked institution i have ever dealt with as the owner if 2 businesses. Had them for 15 yrs and finally leaving them. They held my deposits in the atm depository for a week. Caused my account to overdraft and charged me over amd over again
