He did give me some help, but missed ‘ I’m sorry that happened // I’ll definitely look into that // We really appreciate your business’ NOTHING. Just an ‘ok’. THAT really surprised me.6.6 of 10: ABBIE:She started off great; was willing to walk over and check on our vehicle (which was in for basically only a lube besides a drive test to check a noise.. since over 24hr ago, incidentally). Then in the resulting conversation with her, she told me I absolutely could not pick up my car until Evan had ok’d it; And he was not there. When I objected to this, Abbie told me “You’re not the only customer; there are others waiting too”- her cutting tone caught my attention.ABIEE seems to have momentarily overlooked the cardinal rule: “the most important customer is the one you’re assisting”.1.80 of 15: ERUNN (errinn? And never thanked me at all while performing his in[un?]-valuable service of “okaying” my paperwork while explaining nothing. But WAIT❗️ How stupid of me.I was the one spending my $$ there; why should he? I’m the one derserving bad feedback. That has to be it.??Add it up Fletch’s?? It ain’t purdy.

This service department is a joke.Sergio is out of his element. He asks what’s wrong with the vehicle, forgets to write issues down, does not fix them and then it’s somehow my fault and I am met with attitude.Because I leave a legitimate poor review of their service - instead of trying to fix the issues - they decide not to service my vehicle any longer. They should be stripped of the Audi brand.

Niel Tveten at Fletch’s helps us every step of the way when we purchase vehicles, he’s young, charismatic, and flawlessly walks us through our car buying experiences! The entire staff at The Fletch’s dealership should be proud! Ask for Neil!

I bought a used Ford Fusion (2019). After two days I noticed a smell coming from the front of the car and when I returned the car to them they told me the fuel lines were leaking. Obviously I was unhappy, but they covered the repair. It did take nearly a month to get the car back but they did give me a loaner car for most of the time. It could have been worse.

J. R. was my salesman, I bought a used Yukon Denali. I absolutely love it. I definitely would recommend anyone wanting to buy a used car to go to Fletch's and ask for J. R. You will be glad you did. Michelle from finance was great too. Brian was awesome he came to pick me up when I came to pick up my car. Everyone at this dealership is so nice and friendly. Thank you so much?

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chris at Fletch's. The latest is this beautiful Audi A6. Thank you, Chris, for really knowing exactly what I'm looking for each and every time. Whether it be a vehicle or a new fishing spot ;)

I'm from out of town and my cars check engine light came on. I took my car to Fletch's and they allowed me to pull right in! A woman named Jen (I think?) was able to run a test on my car right away and figure out what was wrong. She went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a safe trip home the next day. AWESOME staff!

I have learned over many years of experience that sometimes things just happen, people are not perfect and uncontrollable forces sometimes affect the outcome of a project, I think it is best to judge people on how they handle a situation as opposed to what the actual issue may have been, today the collision center exceeded my expectations as we ran into a frustrating hiccup upon picking up our vehicle. Great job guy.

Will never buy another vehicle from them! EVER!! I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere when looking for a vehicle. We spent over 30000 dollars on a Yukon Denali and the never even detailed it or vacuumed it like the promised! There was a chip in the windshield and we were promised it would be addressed. It wasn't!! Had to replace a gas line a month or so after we bought it(out of our own pocket) even after the a****** salesman talked us into an extended warranty! Furthermore we had to replace a $750 dollar taillight a month after purchasing. Also we find out that the thing won't hold oil. When we try calling the salesman (J.R.) he gives us a b******* excuse that he's left countless messages. Which is a lie. I totally understand the whole fact that we bought a used car but when they make promises to get us to buy a vehicle they should hold true to their word. I will be telling anyone who will listen how horrible of an experience it has been. If you do go there for some reason to buy a car, stay away from J.R.!! Totally they kind of shitbird that gives car salesmen a bad name!!

I've had excellent service here both in the service department and in sales. As the only Audi service department in the area, you might expect that they that they're going to overcharge you and be generally surly. (That's what I expected.) But they are so lovely -- so generous and polite and thrifty (if anything they have only ever undercharged me -- like, "we didn't charge you for the additive because it was Audi's fault it leaked out"). They really go above and beyond and I try to map out my mileage so I'll have my oil changed during the summer, after I've driven from CA. Recently I had to turn in my beloved car ("emissions scandal" etc etc) and I spoke to the sales associate about the possibility about buying my new car in Michigan. I had pulled in on a whim and she kept the dealership open late to help me, printing out everything I did not feel like reading on line, because every dealership in the country has run out of brochures (Audi, print more brochures!). I am not the kind of person who loves to buy a new car. And I have an excellent dealership in LA. I am not totally thrilled with Audi as a company. But between my wonderful service department in LA and this excellent dealership here, I am thinking about forgiving Audi for stealing my beloved, beloved diesel from me.
