I took my truck through the wash and didn’t realize the brush didn’t touch the back. JJ, the GM, informed me that if I took my hitch off it would. He then spent 20 minutes with me getting the rusted hitch off and let me go back in for free. Shook my hand, and sent me on my way. Amazing guy. What a great experience.

Traveling we needed a good wash and Flex Wash went above and beyond. Staff use soft cloth brushes to pre-treat all the bugs. The car got extra clean, very impressed!

The teenagers that work there are very nice and professional, it’s the older adults that worked there a.k.a. redhead, almost balding older guy he could take some notes. He’s very rude!! And this seems to be a pattern with him. I can see why your turnover rate is high.
Also install a damn mirror above so we can see what we’re driving on because you sure love to yell at people when it’s not that loud in the tunnel telling us go left or go right- if you install a mirror so the driver can see the reflection of our tires you wouldn’t have to yell.

The hours are not convenient for working people. Most of the vacuums are in a weird location. Additionally this location is always out of courtesy towels and is often closed.

When I washed my Lincoln 2 weeks ago the drivers side mirror got torn off. The owner said it wasn’t his problem. Fortunately Kring fixed it. But I’m dismayed by the owner’s attitude toward us.
Addendum to my review: the manager of Flex Wash has responded with some bizarre accusations. My review is honest. My car was never “sideswiped”. I’ve tried calling the phone number listed on Google many times. There’s never been an answer and I get a message that says the mailbox has not been set up. We are 40 year residents of Petoskey. I don’t think we have ever been treated in this manner by a P-town business owner.

Came here after buying a new car, JJ and his team came out to help me during a downpour when my barcode wouldn’t scan at the kiosk. I got a flex protect wash and I can confidently say to car enthusiasts and anyone in the area to take your car here as they are honest and diligent in their positions.

These guys provide a great car wash! I had the GM approach me this afternoon and asked me if there was anything he could do to make it better? I pointed out some debris still stuck on my car after the wash and he said that they should have gotten it and told me I could go back through again for free so he went above and beyond his job today and thank you for that!
