I like that you check in on line and keep updated on your wait time. That’s helpful. But my nieces haircut was not at all as I requested and my request was very simple. Lots of layers. I even took my hands in her hair and demonstrated how I wanted layers through the entire length of her hair. NOT just the bottom 2”. Her hair was already all one length so very heavy on the bottom. Her hair looked exactly the same when she was done. it took the stylist SO long just to do that, so I didn’t even bother complaining.

I think this franchise is managed by the same people that run FedEx in Gaylord. You know what I mean. Waited a full hour on-site AFTER waiting 2 hours to arrive (per the app). There were 3 people working, one of which was on a smoke break most of the time. While I waited, there was often only one person getting a cut, and many minutes passed with nobody in a chair. Cut took 8 minutes and I left without getting the clippings blown off my head (what a mess).
Used to love this place. Now what?

Same as pretty much every other recent review. Over a 2 hour wait at the time the door opens, with no one sitting inside waiting and 2 people not even cutting hair.
Must like turning away a paying customer there waiting.

Their wait time have gotten ridiculous. The staff is great based off the wait time and the services they offer it makes it impossible for anyone who works all over to get their hair cut. I used to go exclusively to great clips and now will not go back.

Unless by sheer coincidence, I read a review that is summed up just about my experience as well from just two weeks ago. You walk in, there is a 2 hour wait time, and you see open seating waiting on the online check ins that aren’t even there. Literally do not come here. Looking forward to the canned response from the owner that won’t resolve anything

Great Clips is one of my happy places! I love all the services you offer. Mandy is my favorite, she's so bubbly and is always so happy when I come in. I can always ask her questions about products but she doesn't try and sell me on everything and anything, just things that would work with my hair. She's real, genuine and always makes me feel welcomed! She remembers my name and my preferences. They're always busy which means it's the place to be but she always gets me in and out in a flash!

I only ever go to great clips for my haircuts. Let me tell you why this salon has such a long wait time... it's because they are in high demand and always give the best haircuts. I've noticed they're short staffed but you wouldn't know it with their positive attitude. I have never been disappointed with any of my haircuts.

The app tells you 90 min, but they call you when ever you want, we came in with 60 min in advance with the surprise they cancelled our appointment because they call us earlier, not 90 min but 20 min.

They open at 10, but by 1015 have a 2 hour wait... except when you walk in there's 4barbers doing nothing waiting for pre-checks that aren't there.
Go elsewhere for a real haircut. No reason to waste a day twiddling your thumbs. You'll get a better cut and won't have to deal with this lunacy.
