Hamill’s Carpet in Petoskey did an absolutely beautiful, professional, and timely job installing our new flooring!! The price was more than fair, the product is gorgeous, and Cliff and his installers really knew how to rock their kindness, professionalism, and respect for the home owners concerns!!! It was a blessing to deal with this team, and when we have more flooring needs we know exactly who to call!! In an age where finding quality home services is nearly impossible, how grateful we feel to have been told about Hamill’s, and even sweeter was utilizing this business and watching them fulfill exactly what they offered in an amazingly affordable and professional way!!Thank you, Cliff and team!!! You guys are amazing!!!!

Called for a quote, provided all the details, gave my address, my phone number, etc. The gentleman on the phone was very kind, said he was going to start a file, and told me to call back and after I was able to get measurements.Fast forward, 1 week later, got my measurements, called the company back. The "owner" got on the phone, and said that he had no knowledge of the quote, doesn't know who I spoke to, etc. but he would recommend I call a sub contractor to fix the floor.I kindly said, but you are a flooring company, right? He said yeah, but I have no file for you, no nothing, so I'm not sure what you want me to tell you.Seriously? Horrible Service. Would not Recommend.
