When purchasing $600 worth of tools as a Christmas giftā¦.while we were checking out we were told we had just missed an Icon āsaleābut was told not to worry as they would honor any upcoming sale and to keep my eyes openā¦I received a 40% off coupon and was told it couldnāt be applied to previous purchases by āmanager ā Mike and I should read the fine printā¦.he then finally relented and said if I drove the 30 miles back to the store with the product he would āallowā me to return them and repurchase them with a discountā¦so much for customer serviceā¦do better
