I love shopping here for things for my wife. Knowing the company is based in Suttons Bay and that the fashions are all made in an America is one of the reasons that I like shopping here. But, I also like the chosen fabrics and styles. Generally, the skirts, dresses, sweaters and tops are form fitting and made of great washable fabrics. Values are great as well. Many of the tops are reversible too. I’ve been shopping here for a number of years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Awful store, not only is the selection from another decade, the store clerk is one of the rudest you'll ever meet. We made a purchase there 3 days ago (should have known the quality would be bad). When I went home and tried it on, it didn't fit. Upon returning, the clerk would not allow for an exchange- despite saying on the receipt in big letters that exchanges are allowed within 30 days (this was not a sales item). I had also asked prior to leaving the store whether returns would be allowed, the woman at the time had confirmed yes. When we came back, the clerk changed her story multiple times, clearly unwilling and uninterested in helping. Well congrats, you guys have lost a customer. Also the quality of your clothing is abysmal.

I've loved Haystacks since the first week they opened in Sutton's Bay years ago! The Petoskey location is fabulous!!!! I never leave without two bags of amazing clothing and there are original styles for every taste!
