Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst service i have ever, ever received. Frustrated. Dont waste your time and money, and go to home depot if you dont want to wait 3 weeks for appliances you paid for.

Terrible experience today only self serve open .so went to returns counter and was told loadly athr she Selena would not serve me lhad to go to self check out.very rude and aggressive girl.i will not go back to that store again .

We bought an electric dryer on Monday and waited a while for someone to get it for us in the back stockroom. Tom Castle came and unboxed it for us and even got a two wheeler and delivered it to our truck, helping us lift it in. We so appreciated Tom's help even though it was not his department he went out of his way to help us. Thank you Tom

Big Thanks to Paul and Jim in the garden center for helping me tile. And mulch. The staff in the garden center are very friendly unhelpful. It meant a lot to me today..😀

Went in to the petoskey lowes to purchase a weed eater .. The one I wanted was out of stock and the nice helpful lady in the dept ( Ruth ) said they would sell the display model at a discount because they didn’t have the box …. We went up to ask the mgr ( Tracy) what the discount would be the mgr Tracy was the meanest rudest person I have ever encountered she lacks all management skills and certainly has zero customer service skills she told me there was no discount for display models and if I didn’t want it no big deal someone will buy it … the way she snapped at us was unreal … we left without buying a thing went next door to Home Depot.. we were helped right away treated fantastic and made a very large purchase at Home Depot instead of lowes. We have a lowes card but I will never ever shop at that or any lowes again they have really gone down hill. I will continue to shop instead at Home Depot ….. a couple months ago the lady in lumber wouldn’t even cut a board I needed so I could fit it in My car ……..this customer will go elsewhere to shop in the future
