I called to see what I needed to become a patient at this establishment and the receptionist was so rude. She seemed annoyed that I had questions an needed assistance. After I dropped off my paperwork I was told that I would be receiving a call to set up my first appointment. I never heard back and none of my calls were returned either. It's hard enough to find a provider in the area that is accepting patients. This establishment certainly doesn't make it any easier for patients to be seen.

We drove 30 minutes to receive care for my sick daughter only to find out that they don’t see patients on Wednesdays - yet they showed as open. Must be nice to be a part time facility! If they had been honest and shown as closed we would have saved the time and driven elsewhere. But now I’m wasting time and gas looking for available care while my daughter is miserable in the back seat. What an absolute joke you are - you should all be ashamed of the embarrassment you bring to the medical field.

Best care anywhere! Tim definitely takes time during our appointment to know me and decide with me the best medical care. No rushed visits. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I WISH I HAD NEVER MET HIM! He has honestly made my life worse and more stressful and has caused me multiple emotional break downs because all he cares about is money. I confided in him and he not only made awful and inhuman comments about my absued passed but then when I would ask for a simple prescription he said sure call me when ever you need it and proceeded to do so and then NOPE! WOULDNT GIVE A SIMPLE SCRIPT THAT IS NOT ABUSIVE, NOT ADDICTIVE AND WOULD ONLY HELP ME NOT HARM ME. I HAD TO COME BACK IN FOR A VISIT SO HE COULD CHARGE ME MORE MONEY! Honestly one of the worst. Told me I could call anytime for a very important script and he wont refill it knowing I cant get to his office because I cant afford yet again another office visit that costs me to much money for just a simple script that is impossible to abuse. Didnt listen. Tried forcing me to do things I wasn't comfortable with and didnt listen. I honestly have not seen a worse doctor. I absolutely would not recommend. This is probably the 6th time he has refused to help me for no good reason. If you have any emotional or mental issues at all he will walk right over them and not even think about what he says or how it makes you feel

I am very happy with the care provided by Dr Alum and his support staff's attention to detail & fast return calls. Dr Alum performed an evaluation of my condition, discussed all my options and listen to my thoughts regarding my best options. Additionally, when I have had to call his office for a referral, my phone call was returned very quickly. I was surprised to see negative comments regarding him previously. My experience has been nothing but good.

The reviews I've currently read for Dr. Allum do not reflect any of the experience I've had so far with him. He is very down to earth and talks to you like you are a human being, not just another patient. He takes your concerns into account and addresses them. He shares quite a bit of his thought process during the appointment with you. Overall it makes for a very painless and quite relaxed visit. Definitely my favorite doctor so far.

He fails to make follow up appointments. He also doesn't care to a patients problem when explained to him. He talks over his patients and insists that their problem "can't be that bad" basically if your not groaning in pain. And assumed that what paper results read are the only problem and feels that when you explain other issues they have to be in writing for him to believe or even listen to you. He is not a good Dr at all and I will be seeking a Dr that takes their job seriously and truly cares for the well being of their pateints.

Dr. Allum is a very dangerous doctor. He flipped out and lost control of himself at the very first meeting. Told me to come off a medication I needed and he had no expertise in. Causing me 6 months of horror trying to get back to myself. This is a very inexperienced doctor who has no business telling patients about medications he is not qualified to administer. MAYBE he can handle a runny nose, other then that I would go to another doctor. Mclaren is the McDonalds of hospitals. Be very careful going to this hospital for anything important!!!!
