“Anna and Hale helped my mom Yvonne Buchler today. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They both took the time (over 2 hours) to walk me through a process I have been dealing with since June. Anna was my main helper and Hale was a great assist! Thank you!!”

“We just purchased new 17 i phones. It's been 6 years since my last purchase. The staff at the Petoskey Verizon (Mitchell St.) were fantastic with their help in setting us up with new phones. Devon Brewer was the tech who assisted us. He was patient, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. We would recommend highly the the Mitchell St. Verizon for purchasing and receiving help with phones. EB Petoskey, Mi”

“Recently switched to T-Moble, I am happy with the service this far. I have been to the store twice total. I have had dealing with both Caleb and Miki. Both of whom have been Polite, Professional and very helpful. It is awesome to come to the store with a phone issue and have the staff treat you respect. And fully listen to you. This is great service!!! Keep up the good work.”
