“Yesterday, I was greeted by and helped by Mitch, who worked with my old phone because I was struggling with the internal storage. I ended up getting a new phone as the old one was dying. Mitch set up my new phone and started transferring my information, but I needed to delete some things from old phone first. Today I went back and Mitch spent a lot of time trying to transfer the information but my old phone couldn't automatically transfer. He was Great!! Mitch took the time and exhausted Everything to make sure my info was transferred-most of it having to be done one by one. Mitch was Very Patient, Knowledgeable and Curtious-A Great Representative. I'd give him a 10 if I could!!!”

“ATT is not my carrier, nor do I live in the area anymore. However, I was in town after my father passed away, trying to deal with the all the paperwork and faff that goes along with such a loss. This includes closing out my father’s cell phone plan. Chucky was incredibly helpful with doing so, being patient and empathetic without being “overly nice in the way some people are when dealing with death. Chucky was able to help us as we were on our way out of town and kept in touch to make sure I knew things had been taken care of. He made a sad situation a little bit easier. Thanks for the help.”

“Better service and price than anyone. They could use a better phone selection. I'd like to see the Sony xperia in their lineup. At&t network. 4 phones unlimited for 120$ can't beat it. Insurance is only like 7$ a month per phone. If I have a problem they fix it fast. It's nice to have a brick and mortar location.”

He sat down with me and made sure to get them resolved quickly. The other workers seemed polite and friendly too.
