Oil Change in Petoskey, MI

“Being a Google guide I'm going to my reviews and either adding stars or taking away Stars. I went yesterday to get an oil change , and the staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. Since my last review there's been a new worker that may be the manager I'm not sure. He's a little bit rude but I got a decent oil change and the other gentlemen were very friendly. I got in and out reasonable amount of time. Because of the customer service issues I had to drop my rating down one star . Maybe the owner will see this and have a little talk about being extra friendly to the paying customer. All in all a good place to get your oil changed.”

“I want to give them five stars for Emily's customer service. There was a glitch in the system with my tires and I was text my order had been cancelled. I called and the person could not help me and was supposed to call me back. They did not so I reached out the next day and Emily answered, she was very kind and helpful. She made me feel like she truly wanted to help and cared. She did not just say I can't help they're lost which she could've done but instead she took initiative and physically searched for my tires to see if they had in fact came in and hadn't been scanned in. She found them and now she is my hero for the day. Biggest thank you to Emily! Walmart you have a great representative of excellence in customer service hold on to her!”
