Richard’s Tire is the most accommodating and generous place for personnel & tires. My wife and I had RV troubles and we brought our motorhome right in and they were able to squeeze us in to get a valve stem change and found us another good quality tire for a spare. All when they were overwhelmed and had a full busy schedule. They went out of their way to help us get back on our Journey! Thanks Richards Tire

Worst tire shop in Petoskey, had 4 new tires put on couple days later 2 of the tire valve stems were bad. One tire needed fixing and they put on a spare and still charged us 400 dollars for another tires when they were on for only 4 day.. Worst customer service front desk lady was extremely rude and not professional at all. Never again. Royal tire is the best in Petoskey.

What a nice group of people here! We were traveling and our trailer tire got low and we pulled in and they were so helpful and kind in getting us filled up and back on our way. Thank you so much guys.

After 3hrs on the phone with my local alignment shops and major frustration with horrible customer service, I call this place that I bought my first set of tires from in the 90s and they put my mind at ease and gave me complete confidence they would do a good job on my family vehicle. Which they did, better mileage, steering wheel is straight, couldn't be happier with them or the service they provided. Keep up the good work and whenever possible they will be my first choice in the future

I had some work done. The part they put in went bad, still under warranty. When it came to getting reimbursed for the part, the owner was nowhere to be found. After I could finally get a hold of him, he wanted to pay only the dealer price, not what I had to pay. Just bad business.
