Was on the road and my muffler came apart. I gave them a call and I believe it was Roger that I spoke with, said come right on in and he was able to fix it right away. Awesome customer service, affordable, quality work. Highly recommend Rogers auto!! Thank you

Over the summer, I used Roger's Auto Service to perform a standard oil change and break job on two vehicles of mine. (Infinity QX80 and Jeep Grand Cherokee). I picked them because they were an Independant company that had great reviews. Prices were very good as well.After I drove off the lot with the Jeep, my check engine light came on. I didn't have time that day to return to Roger's so I went to AutoZone to diagnose, and they said it was something to do with oil pressure.So I finally got around to getting the checked engine light looked into and the Jeep dealer said, "Not sure where you took this car last but the oil filter was completely smashed and forced on." They went on to say they've seen this happen when a shop does not have the correct size.Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed and will be looking to get a full refund on the oil change.

I like the efficiency of these guy’s. They were able to get me in right away which was nice however I asked them to put new break pads on and they changed my rotors without asking me first. I’d rather they had done that but overall they were very professional and gave great service.
