Referred 5 people got my car paid off and the engine blew and apparently wasn't covered anymore cause the vehicle was technically paid off. So I had to spend 2400 to put a new engine in a vehicle I only had for a year. And never received my party or anything that was supposed to be done for referring them 5 more people to rip off apparently.

This place is TRASHHH if I could give negative stars I would I bought a car from them and not even a thousand miles later transmission went out they will sell you junk cars that are wayyy overpriced and don’t seem to care about it I wonder why they don’t sell cars anymore! pretty sad to see them take money from people who are already struggling.

EVERY TIME YOUVE AGREED TO HELP US WITH OUR PAYMENTS TO AVOID GETTING OUR CAR TURNED OFF YOU HAD OUR CAR SHUT OFF ANYWAY EVEN THOUGH WE PAID YOU WHAT WE AGREED ON EACH TIME. THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED. ABSOLUTELY CROOKED. WE WERE TOLD WE COULD MAKE OUR MINIMUM PAYMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID REPOSESSION AND STILL USE THE CAR UNTIL I GOT PAID TODAY TO MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT. NO CALL FROM YOU GUYS. NO GPS BEEPING ITS WARNING. CAME HOME FROM WORK FULLY PREPARED TO PAY PER OUR AGREEMENT AND YOU GUYS HAD THE CAR TAKEN ANYWAY.THIS PLACE IS PREDATORY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING AND THEY KNOW IT. INTEREST RATES ARE INSANE. CARS ARE JUNK. THEY SOLD US A CAR WITHOUT THE REAR WIPER AND SAID THEY'D GET IT REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. GUESS WHAT NEVER HAPPENED GUYS? THEY KEPT BRUSHING US OFF EVERY TIME IT WAS MENTIONED AND SHOCKER THEY STILL HAVENT KEPT THEIR WORD. 15K FOR A CAR WORTH 3500? TYPICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY KNOW YOU ARE IN BAD SHAPE AND THEY WILL ALWAYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. From my understanding they no longer sell cars but that doesn't mean this new foray of their's isn't equally sketchy and anti consumer. I promise you simple auto you WILL see me in court.

JUST DONT! There are better options. They tried to sue me after agreeing to take the car back. My dad had just died and my mom had vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s and I told them that having to take care of my dads funeral and moving my mom out of her house I could no longer afford the payments. They acted understanding and agreed to take the car back, in writing. Fast forward four years, I was served with papers…… my wife had purchased a vehicle from there the day before we met. It was a complete lemon and they refused to preform any type of service or make it right In any way. Theses types of predatory loan places take advantage of the fact that you think you have no other options…… there ARE better options, anything is a better option than this place. Just don’t! You will regret it. There should be an Option for no stars.

Got help from Steve today 02/24/2022 he was extremely helpful with paper work made sure all of our questions were answered to the best of his knowledge, application process was simple and it only took about an hour minus the test drive to go home in a vehicle that I am very satisfied with.
