Terrible in person customer service. The people at this store are difficult to work with & only care about charging you as much as possible. Also, your monthly rate will often increase without notice. I started off paying $70/mo in 2021 (internet only). In 2024 it ended up being $114/mo. No notice whatsoever.

Bear Creek (Petoskey) Store Manager Brittany assist me with a problem involving my inability to access E- mail and other compounding issues. She was high professional & personable while addressing and correcting the issues. I observed her addressing other customers in a courteous manner which reflected her care/concern for their needs.

The sales people at this store absolutely suck at their job. I want to drop spectrum just because they suck at helping me every time I visit. The only people that are helpful are the younger gentleman and the manager.

I see a lot of comments on here. I've never seen an internet price on here for over 79 so you're not posting over 100. My biggest issue is no added fees no hidden charges.... well the broadcasting fee you're not told about is both.

Ridiculous practices. My bill gets raised and then they upgraded my speed, when i never asked for more. Try to cancel and she just takes 30 dollars off my bill and charges me anyway. Predatory shady business practices

One of the most corrupt monopolies plaguing our great country. The Better Business Bureau seriously needs to investigate the obvious predatory practices at play here. They've recently changed their policies regarding credits to accounts during outages. No longer do they give credit to your account, regardless of how long the outage is. Absolutely bonkers that I pay over $100/mo for one service (internet), and I've had to call 3 times in order to have them "fix" my notifications settings (plot twist - there was nothing wrong with them). Completely greedy company and inept support staff that's often delegated to AI or a bot.
BBB - Please bring these dudes down, as they have far too many easy options to hold them accountable, at your fingertips.

DO NOT sign up for spectrum mobile. My experience was so bad that I'm wanting to cancel my internet service as well. They had me dial a 4 digit number to get a transfer pin issued. Then they started having issues with their network and they couldn't continue my number transfer. I lost all phone service on my device and their only response was, "it's nothing we did". I had to go to Verizon to get the problem fixed. I feel like I just barely escaped one of the worst decisions of my life.

Cliff notes: Staff member Janice was a miserable and infuriating person to work with. Short story: our experience with her was echoed by other customers who approached us outside to share they've had similar experiences with her before today and, advised to avoid Janice completely. Her attitude was shameful, and she tried duping my 75yo father into buying a new phone, telling him his current phone was "the cheapest on the shelf" (it wasn't), even though we had already determined it was his sim card that was the issue. I was initially outside and came in to help my father after finding out he was being pressured into buying a new phone. Janice changed her story, and promptly gave him a new sim card (which fixed it). Spectrum - you have a major problematic employee, and you've lost two customers (and probably more).

Service was certainly slow and not of the quality expected. I will never go here again without an appointment. I was told this is a sales store and they do not provide service at this location.

Bought a phone it wouldn't let me make a call they would not fix or replace said I have to pay it off first.took it to cricket they got it to work for know. Go cricket.in not impressed with spectrum. Hi tex no .rip off yes
