Another great experience at this Starbucks!! ? The barista was confronted with a very rude customer during our visit but she remained calm and conducted herself in a respectable way. Drinks were delicious and service was great. We will be back!?

There's a younger gal with dark hair that works there who is the best staff member in my opinion. Carol is decent enough in her customer service and has never messed up my drink. There's an older woman there who literally every time I order ahead online makes my drink wrong. This morning I ordered a short triple amercano and when I got there to pick it up, there was no water in it. When I asked her to top it off with water, she responded with "if you put it in your order, that's how it'll come." I informed her that I did, as I could see my order stuck to the side of my cup. She did put water in it, but didn't say anything else. It's not a huge deal, it just makes me wonder if I can actually trust them to get my order correct. I intentionally order ahead to ensure I get my order put in correctly. I realize mistakes happen, but this is the 3rd time with that same woman. I'm not sure how engaged she is when she's at work. It's disappointing.

Love this location! It’s close to my work so it’s always my go-to, and the service here is impeccable. The staff is so, so kind and they provide good, fast service! I love coming in to sip my iced Americano while I grocery shop too ;)

Carol the manager is so rude, saw i made a mobile order and said “If I had known it was you i would have done this last.” this is unacceptable behavior from a manager to a customer, I will not be buying from this starbucks if carol is working again.

The lady is so rude to me everytime I go in there. I believe her name is Carol, I don’t usually write bad reviews but her customer service is terrible. Will go to the other store instead.

No sense of work ethic here, atleast when Carol is back there. She’s never friendly to me even those she loves being sweet to all the old women she’s befriended, she moves at one pace and when giving my order she loudly says “hold on slow down” and puts her hand up, my jaw dropped and she then said “please”, which that’s whatever I get it but then I pay for three pumps of pumpkin and it’s all sitting at the bottom of the cup when it’s finished. Just lazy in my opinion when I’m paying 8$ for a coffee. I always tip and appreciate the people that are working and are short staffed but the sense of entitlement that comes across from this gal and how she treats certain customers vs others is pretty obvious and I felt the need to say something.

The girl who was working did not want to take my order and acted as if she were not there and told her that she wanted to have my order and she just said wait and 15 minutes passed. and he didn't take my order and there were no customers, it Is Racist.

I have never written a review, but I have never experienced this before at a Starbucks! Normally I wouldn’t bother and would just take it anyway when my drink wasn’t right, but I have not met someone so annoyed and rude when I asked politely if I could get my drink iced because we did not clarify. I would’ve gladly taken it if I was not able to get it correct, but this woman’s attitude was genuinely so nasty. My friend did specifically ask for an iced drink, and confirmed it with her app that she scanned. She asked politely if the lady could remake it for her, and the lady was extremely annoyed, took the hot drink and just poured it over ice and dumped a good amount of the rest out since it would not fit, instead of actually remaking it. The coffee was completely watered up and the lady said to her “you should’ve asked in the first place”. The lady overheard the order, and started making her drink before she even looked at the order as it had specifically said iced. Not sure who it was but I believe she had orange hair. Her name may have been Carol but we did not clarify exactly what it was. Very disappointing. $7 for each of us, wasted!

I am the last person on earth to leave a bad review. I’ve never done this before, and I feel kinda bad. But I couldn’t not share my experience with receiving watered- coffee and being told off by the barista at the same time. Then she PURPOSEFULLY dumped part of my coffee out of spite!! I’m still a teenager too, and a very shy one) I ordered an ICED macchiato, I had the recipe written in my phone and read it directly off to the barista taking the orders. I even specified ICED to her. I waited for my beverage with my friends and when theirs came out they were Messed up too! But not wanting to be Karen’s they took the wrong drink they paid !7! dollars for. This was after the barista told them off (not quietly) that it was all their fault. So rude. Mine came and it wasn’t iced. Normally I’d think that I said it wrong, then that IS my fault and the barista is right. Except my order said ICED, on the tag, (that the barista had just REMOVED from the drink) nervously I asked her if she could make it iced cause that’s what it said on my order. (I have the app and can tell) She then began to tell me off with me standing there silently, that she started making the drink BEFORE I even paid!!!!!! So my order wasn’t even done being taken!!!! Then during her rant she took back my hot coffee, said she’d make it iced, the POURED!! out a good bit, then dumped ice over the HOT coffee making it super watery (she was ranting the whole time and I didn’t say a word) then gave me my water.Guess what. I had actually left her a tip at the beginning of the order before I knew she was a Karen!!!! Never go here when there’s a girl with bright red hair working!!!
