Raymond was very polite, patient, friendly and quick to help. I only have internet through T-Mobile and I had 3 different issues I needed help with tonight. He sat down with me and made sure to get them resolved quickly. The other workers seemed polite and friendly too. People who are knowledgeable and care about their jobs are rare these days, but these guys still give me hope lol! Thanks again! :)

Pulled whole family together and switched cell service to T-Mobile. Received 4 new iPhones and transferred all data with their help. The deal for the phones with the four trade-ins was fantastic. All working perfectly.A special shout out to Aubrey and Caleb. They were knowledgeable and polite and picked up some money saving tips.

By far the worst experience! Two ladies Abbie and Aubrey were totally disrespectful and kept getting loud with me after me requesting to change my name since I got a divorce - showed them my new Drivers license and on my phone my old drivers license with which I opened my account with them- with my old name on it- Aubrey continued getting loud them blamed it on her adhd and said something along thing lines with just deal with it. Told me they needed my divorce papers! What!!!!! After two years and 230 a month with T-Mobile I’ll be finding new service quickly!

The worst and I mean the WORST! Even if you don't have autopay on, they still take. Do not let the " friendly customer service" fool you this company is nothing but a criminal empire.

We came into the store today to get an issue fixed and we were treated so kindly, the customer service was outstanding!! Abbie listened to our issued and was caring and efficient, she got us all taken care of in 10 minutes!! She explained everything to us very clearly and was extremely informative!! We walked out of there feeling so happy to be T-Mobile Customers!!! What an amazing employee you have there!! Awesome job Abbie!!

They were very helpful. Got my niece the best deal they could.. ... Unfortunately it was not a match for us and we stayed with spectrum for our internet service. They had given us a 5 day trial.

Just visited this location to troubleshoot my potentially broken phone, and look into upgrades worst case scenario. Aubrey provided abysmal service. Not offering to troubleshoot my phone's issues she told me to buy a $50 charger and then come back if that doesnt work (rather than let me try to charge in store). When we concluded that I would need an upgrade on my phone, I was initially told the only cost I would have would be taxes and activation fee. When I came back to move forward on the deal, I was then told I would also need to pay over $400 upfront or $17 monthly for the phone as well. This wasnt previously discussed, nor was "financing". Aubrey then tried to gaslight me and say that we talked about financing on my first visit - this is false as I would not have returned. I only pay for phones up front and have previously had free upgrades to new phones with no cost. It has been a few years and it was with Sprint not Tmobile, so things may have changed, but I have never done financing on a phone and have no plans to. Do not visit this store unless you already know exactly what you need done, I will drive an extra 30 minutes to Gaylord next time.

Adam offered excellent service. From the very beginning he was honest about the limitations of coverage where I resided. Because of that honesty, I knew I could trust him with rest of the process, which in my case was a bit complicated since my former carrier was in Puerto Rico. But Adam dealt with those complications with great professionalism, speed, and competency. Thus, my experience was very positive. Thus, I give Adam and the team there a 10!Bob

You apparently get what you pay for. Forced to switch from ATT to T-mobile for company phone service. I'm in a major metro market. Now I regularly drop calls. Frequent no service. Daughter in different major metro market runs into same problems. colleague in yet another major metro market has same issues with T-mobile. Friend's company saves a fortune on their company service, but admittedly they have to deal with bad coverage. Just be aware of the huge trade-off.

Very disappointed with T Mobile, spent 4 hours in store setting up account and getting 2 phones, went home in Wolverine Mi and could not use either phone, no service 1 bar no 4 or 5 G service. Could not do anything including calling, setting up apps, nothing. Put phones in box and return to store at 10am. Went through the process of returning phones and reinstalling Verizon service, then hit with a $70.00 restocking charge per phone, that's a cost to me of $140.00 for something I had and could not use not my fault that did not work, it your fault for selling me something we could no use. This really needs to be corrected on my credit card.

Was in there on may 21rst to bring back 2 phones that we had less than one day, because both phones did not work couldn't do anything or a phone call, t mobile did not support our area, which they said would have 4 g for sure but might not get 5 g. They charged our credit card $ 140.OO restocking fee, this was not our fault to be penalize for their phones that didn't work, the only exceptable solution would be to refund our $140.00. we are senior citizens and felt we were being taken advantage. We don't get a refund within 5 days we are contacting the better business bureau with this complaint . We talked to at t mobile representative and they said if we had ordered the phones online there would of been No restocking charge, if they can do it the store can do it

I spent some time in this store recently, and Aubrey was extremely professional and helpful. She explained everything to me as she was doing it, which was both helpful and appreciated. Colbv and Adam were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I left with some sweet new products, and will definitely be a return customer! Highly recommend!
