Just picked up my car from the Petoskey location after minor backend repair and can summarize my experience in two words. BLOWN AWAY! My car was given back to me looking as good as the day I bought it. Not only was it repaired, it was detailed including removal of brake dust and tree sap, staff was extremely friendly and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. So many five star reviews for a reason - quality, integrity and much more - Tri - Rivers walks the talk and clearly goes above and beyond for all it's customers, and I highly recommend you use them for all your repair needs. Made my husband’s truck look brand new!! The truck is brand new, only a couple months old, so he was devastated when he was hit in a parking lot. We got an estimate of 4 weeks for repair, but they had it done in 2!!! You can’t even tell anything happened, quality work, and we are PICKY car people. Staff was great to work with as well.

I was backing up my car at my house and a tree came out of nowhere and hit me! Craziest thing! Thankfully the tree was a maple so I sold it(that’ll teach it) to pay for the damages it caused. Tri rivers hooked me up with a new lift gate and when I arrived to pick up my car it was detailed in and out along with the new lift gate! They even removed some gnarly scratches on The front of my car. This team went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Second time there. Maybe third. Work was within my deductible. The car came back better than promised. Concern expressed was color match. I opted not to expand the work to address. It matched anyway. Even washed the car and the floor mats.

This small business,and most of all its owners, are wonderful.Mid October 2022 a tree fell on my car during the first big wind storm of the year causing roughly $10,000 worth of damage.The staff here have been so kind and informative throughout this entire process.
