I am very upset at this store managers attitude about losing a package of mine! I was visiting from out of state, bought a beautiful leather wreath for my Xmas, and packed 2 travel bags in the package, I thought it would ship to my home from Petoskey safely and only to find out they lost my wreath, or someone stole it. I did not see the woman who wrapped it, put it in the box before I left. When I got to my home, the box arrived without any outside tampering, with a stupid flower painting in the box along with my 2 travel bags! So someone has my wreath and I have gotten nowhere trying to resolve this, which is not even MY responsibility. Nobody has been even keeping up with this, I have called, emailed, several times only to not even an apology, nothing. I will never use this store again

I am quite disappointed with my experience at this location. As a Multiple Center Operator (MCO) for The UPS Stores in Florida, I was shocked to find that I was charged for packaging yet my products were not packaged properly. Allow me to explain: I visited the store the day before and purchased a 12-cube box and tape. The following day, I returned and requested that my 12-cube box be placed inside a 14-cube box and cut down. I specifically asked them to ensure it was packaged, as I felt they were more focused on Amazon returns than on actual shipping.
To my dismay, my package arrived unboxed. This is truly disappointing. It's not just about the money; it reflects a dismissive attitude towards customer service. I believe you can do better!
On a positive note, I really appreciate your town. If you ever consider selling your store, I am an approved operator and would be interested in discussing a potential purchase.

I would never do business at this location. I had an Amazon order delivered here and my wife tried to pick it up and they wouldn’t release it because they said it was labeled for a return. My wife had proof that the order was ready for pick up. They didn’t even try to help her…instead of trying to find out the reason it was labeled for return l, they just told her tough luck. Really professional, they should all get employee of the year awards.

As an Amazon pick up location, this location is pretty terrible. They had some sort of a system issue that automatically processed my Amazon pick up as a return when they scanned to receive it. Only one of the 3 people I spoke with were even polite. Wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a shout out. The other two were pretty rude and showed no empathy or advice to help in a system error that was clearly UPS’s fault. Amazon customer service was amazing and contacted UPS about it to get UPS to release my package to me. Regardless I do not recommend this location for Amazon order pick ups and I certainly won’t use again.

This place is sometimes busy and has a long line (especially Saturdays) but I've never had anything but friendly service. I did not realize how nice this was, but they will actually tape the top of your box for you! Another location I went wanted to charge for tape, and were not nice about it. That makes me appreciate this location more. Keep up the good work, and the free tape 😂

Dont do it save yourself the headache. I sent a package out pd $115 for guaranteed next day package was missorted and packeage was delivered in 2 days was told that because ups also said there might be a delay for weather there will be no refund. I would have given a zero but it won't give me that option.

Can’t use front door due to wind, people in there doing nothing but watching you struggle to the other door, with heavy package. And one literally poked fun at one person struggling with the door that is locked. Unbelievable! I went and helped him in the other door. There are other shipping businesses around and I will be using them.

The best service! I was shipping a package to a relative. UPS price was pretty high for such a small box. And the UPS employee asked if I wanted to know how much it would cost to send it through USPS. I said sure. She gave me a price and it was $4 less than UPS. I thought a little bit and I said you know I'll just send it UPS, I don't have the time to run around to the post office to send this off. Then she replied that I could send it from there at that price! This is something I didn't know I could do and it saved me so much money and time! I am so happy I want to UPS. I would recommend this to anybody needing to ship packages.

Roxanne was a great help, she knew what she was doing and there was a long line but was super efficient and got everyone through as fast as they could without making people feel rushed. I recommend her and this location.

Don't mind the service, once your lucky enough be able to turn into the parking lot off US31 and then to find a parking spot , Getting into the small cramped, and limited (1) handicapped space (especially during Tourist season) trying to get into the door and then the lobby carrying heavy boxes through the parking lot (just as treacherous in the winter) they should move to a place with a larger parking lot and much easier in and out access, not where accidents are likely to happen, just ask a UPS driver how easy it is to get their big brown trucks into that lot, Closing down the the hub in the industrial park was the stupidest move UPS could have made, As I now we will be paying a little extra for convenience with FedEx or USPS, NO MORE UPS FOR US till they get their stuff together.
