I have my inhaler on auto refill and now have been waiting a week to get it refilled because they weren’t abled to refill it on time…. It’s been on auto refill for over a month now. My asthma is severe and I can’t skip a day let alone a week. Tried moving my inhaler to the other location in petoskey and same thing. Now I have to drive to Gaylord. Super disappointed and gonna look for a new pharmacy

08/04/2022 Arrived at 5:45 PM to pick up a prescription. There was a sign on the drive up window that they closed at 5 PM due to staffing isses. Make sure you call ahead if you need to pick up your prescription after 5 PM.

This pharmacy sucks, they never have my medication ready usually take 2-5 days after I run out.

The pharmacist and employees are friendly & hardworking. They are understaffed without a manager to assist them. This is why employees leave these stressful working conditions. The store manager should do their job and staff the store. The employees and customers pay the price. A big thank you to the working staff this holiday weekend. Store manager not so much.

Medicine prices sky high at Walgreens. Compare with GoodRX to practically anywhere else. It is quite flagrantly over-high. I think we could put up with it or not notice it sooo much if their customer service was even close to decent.
You keep going there.. we will not.
Former note: This pharmacy is staffed by incompetents.. never seen any retail line move so slowly.
** The only good part of this pharmacy is the drive-thru. Those folks know their job.

Worst pharmacy experience in my life. Go somewhere else if you can. Not competent and they don't care. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere. You'll be better off.
