Great local bar! The smoked pork was amazing! The baked beans... chefs kiss! I had the BLT, and the bacon was cooked to perfection! We were there on a Friday evening and they had live music. Stop by next time you are in Pewamo MI.

Our family celebrated our Christmas gathering at the Oakwood and it was the absolute best! Thanks Jim and Marci and your entire staff for the excellent service, food and drinks, I heard compliments all night! We will be back as a group and throughout the year. 5 stars from the Miller Family!

This is phenomenal gem in mid-Michigan. Warm environment, home cooked food, clean bathrooms, fast service, and outstanding brisket chili and onion rings. I highly recommend.

The atmosphere is great. The food is really good and they are kid friendly. They have a variety of music...The bartenders and wait staff are very friendly.

Great service. Got there late. Called cook back in for us. Food was ExcellantHighly recommend this ESTABLISHMENT. Give. It six stars. Nice easy atmosphere. Again Excellant service.

Thank you Oakwood staff for hosting the PW XC team for the pasta buffet team dinner we were to have at our home. The brownies were excellent and the leftovers were great (what I could taste of them). Very much appreciated.
