While vacationing in the UP, I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in for an oil change. Upon returning to Ohio, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I contacted my local Dodge dealership and they found that my oil filter was improperly installed and leaking oil. My local dealership corrected the issue and topped off my oil at no charge.

My wife had an unfortunate experience when someone ran into our truck while she was parked in a store parking lot and inside.
We Contacted O’Connors to have the damage repaired and we are so glad we did. They did a fantastic job repairing our truck and when we picked it up we were amazed at the details they paid attention to. We would definitely recommend O’Connors for all your vehicle repairs.

I hit a deer while on vacation in the u.p.
I limped my van to the dealership and they exceeded my expectations. They were even nice enough to drive me to the airport rental car facility.
They dealt with the insurance on supplementing and supporting damages.
I was kept in the loop and they put my car back together faster than expected.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I am about 1500 miles away from home. My new 2024 ram 3500 had some four-wheel-drive issues. I took it in on Monday morning, and was told they could patch it to get me back home or fix it right but it would be a few more days I chose to fix it right I was told it would be the first of the next week before before the parts got in. They called me on Wednesday and said they had the parts I was told to have it in at 7 AM the next morning they had to work complete and I was gone from the dealership by 10:30 AM if I could give them a 200% rating, I would Mark VanLuven Went out of his way to make sure everything was right. Best service I’ve ever had. Thank you.

Wheel well liners cut to inspect rather than unbolted. The re-install of wheel well liner allows snow and mud to accumulate under the fender.

They had me scheduled at 10:00 am. I turned it in for service at 9:50. They did a front end alignment, tire rotation and an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler and got it all done in less than two hours. Perfect.
