They had me scheduled at 10:00 am. I turned it in for service at 9:50. They did a front end alignment, tire rotation and an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler and got it all done in less than two hours. Perfect.

Highly recommend. I had a issue which left me stranded, but when I called Oconnors I spoke with Curtis who was extremely helpful and I was able to drive car to the dealership. When I arrived near closing time they were very busy but still took the time to help me, and soon I was on my way. These days it’s hard to find such great service. Thank you!

Drove 1/2 hr. to have this dealer to take pictures for warranty claim had a case #. Curtis Weber refused because he said it was out of warranty. Came back called Ram warranty service and she said they should of done the paper work and to find another dealer. Curtis didn't want to do it because it takes a hit in there facility according to him. FYI Curtis we wouldn't have had you do it. We are nomads and we would had another dealer to do the work a place closer to our next spot. We just needed you to send the information to Ram warranty people. This case # was not started Illinois it was brought up to a dealer in Illinois. When we heard nothing thats when a call to Ram and we got a case #. Warranty said nothing about that you would have to do the work. Just diagnose and send pictures. In our travels every Dodge 3500 with those rims have the same problem has nothing to do with the salt. Any warranty work has been done by any reputable Ram dealer.
