Rude over the phone, kept raising their prices, and if you cancel your service they charge you to pick up their own trashcan

After having your service since 2008 it’s very disappointing to have a bill for the can to be picked up that no one mentioned when I cancelled. Maybe I would have drove the thing to you instead of paying $40. Next time mention it costs money to have it picked up. But….. solidifies my decision to leave.
