I have no coverage on this phone in my home or outdoors can't send text receive calls nothing what use is it. Took into Bad Axe MI they updated which it was they said changed SIM card to another said should work now they hoped nope still nothing what is going on lots of blames smoke from fires, metal roof on house, our area what the heck.Just want my phone to work.

My phone got smashed(first time ever) and I tried to get a new one. They told me to get off there plan because I live out of the area now and I'm costing them money. So that is what I did. They did NOT tell me that there would be a $500 early activation fee if I did. This has been a wonderful company to deal with up until now. I've been a customer since cell phones became a thing. I moved out of the area and they were still great. Well at lease all the employees are great. The policies where they tell you to find a new provider in my area and charge me $500 to do it is absolutely greedy and dishonest. Since they have a monopoly in the Thumb I guess they can do whatever they want.

I dealt with months of terrible service after the 3G towers were disabled. After repeatedly calling I was told that they would let me out of my contract early. My final bill showed a credit of a $146.28. I was told in August that I would be receiving a check in October. I just called and was told that that money was being used to offset their costs since they let me out of the contract early. No, you let me out of my contract early because you knew that you were experiencing issues and you've been telling everyone to switch carriers because you don't know when your problems will be corrected. Please do not waste your time with thumb cellular, go with a reputable company.

Horrible company poor plan options, no unlimited data plan. Overpriced for extra data. Not to mention they are in a court battle with the State, fcc, and Verizon. So don't expect them to be in business much longer, that's what you get when you try become a monopolized business.

Im a flight attendant now. Most of the time I have no service to make a call or even send a text here in the US out of state. Service is just awful. I try to call for shuttles and am forced to wait hours because my call or text never goes thru. Ill be switching to Tmobile when my contract runs out in October. I cannot be stuck places or have no service in and out of this country. I have no service in Canada at all so I'm sure it'll be the same anywhere out of the US. Really need to do better. People travel. They need a working cellphone.

Have had them for many years. They have always been great to deal with! They always have the top iPhone's and Samsung Galaxy Phone's. Always nice to deal with a smaller company, It has always felt like they had a little more wiggle room to help out the customer unlike the bigger competitors.
